Voyager Plumbing was founded by Mathew Veselcic, a licensed plumber, drainer and gasfitter who has held his own NSW contractor licence since December 2016. He’s also the company’s nominated supervisor — which means the person legally responsible for the standard of every job is the same person running the business, not a name in a head office somewhere.
We’re a service-area business, not a shopfront. The vans are stocked to solve the common problems in one visit — blocked drains, pipe relining, hot water, gas, leaks and emergencies — and the diary is deliberately kept local. If your home is on the North Shore, you’re in our patch. If it isn’t, we’ll tell you straight and point you somewhere good.
That’s the whole model: stay small enough to care about every job, stay local enough to arrive fast, and price everything upfront so nobody watches a clock.
